Allison – been a long-time fan of both Malcolm Gladwell and Stephen Covey. 
I would add a 6th “thing” – reconnect with your past customers. Most businesses grow by either providing new goods/services to previous customers or providing the same goods/services to new customers. Reconnecting with previous customers, getting feedback on how your firm did, etc. is a great way to find out how you are really doing in the marketplace and uncovering new opportunities that often go overlooked during busy times.
