I have such great respect for your blog that I always include the link in my Resource List for attendees of the class I teach for PG&E; in CA, "Green Home Expertise for RE Pros". We've taught approx 400 folks so far & actually just sent out an update of that resource so they all got another reminder. Your style & talent of clarifying complex topics in user friendly, layman's language so that beginners are able to 'get it' is an extremely valuable gift to the world.

Since I have no life at all and spend most of my retired time hovering over a hot IPad, looks like I have the coveted honor of being second to formally congratulate you!

I'll presume to speak for others when I say your well-honed mix of information and humor (a two-fer, if you will :-) is always a welcome addition to my in-box.

Sean: Thanks! I don't know that I'll ever catch up with you because you had a head start. You do seem to have slowed down, though. ;~) I've certainly learned a lot about blogging from seeing what you do with your blog, The Homeowners and Trades Resource Center. You were one of the first bloggers I came into contact with after I started here. And I met you IRL before I even knew you were a blogger, back when you were writing articles each evening in that HERS rater class I taught.
