Just a few spiders here and there, nothing too bad…. Lots of nasty mold and muddy crawlspaces with standing water though.

But I have heard more than one story of an inspector or insurance adjuster in S. FL. encountering a large python or boa, the thing of nightmares for sure.

Well, you could just stay out of crawl spaces. But if you have to go into really nasty ones, just be careful.

I just received the galley copy of the book yesterday. The publisher and I will be proofreading it for the next two weeks or so. Then it goes to the printer. I’m hoping it’s available in July. I think it might be available on Amazon sooner than that, though.

Thank you for the link to the article about The Misleading “Science” Behind Heat and Insulation. Once I learned of Neutratherm, I immediately picked some up from Piggly Wiggly. I have lost 20 lbs. in 2 weeks and am well on the way to my ideal weight!
