Good to know others are educating folks on mini-split technology. It's such a no-brainer in so many situations. One of the biggest questions that comes up for us in the Northwest Ductless Heat Pump Project (www.goingductless.com)and should probably come up more often is about sizing and design for optimal comfort and performance. I'm sure you plan to address this to some extent, given your history and pet peeves.
